In the last lesson we introduced how to make needle felted heart. It's our first main shape which deform from ball. This lesson we'll teach you how to make needle felted heart with another way, It's very easy, I think it's a good start your journey of needle felting. The main point of this lesson is to learn how to make needle felted crafts with foam. Well, let's start it!!

Update

Tools:	3 needles pen, felt needles, felting sponge/ foam block, thumb protector
Materials:	Red wool roving or any color you can get and foam of heart shape

Instructions

Step 1. Spread the wool evenly on the foam.

Step 2: Let's start to stab.

Would like to stab faster? try 3 needles pen!

If still can see the foam through wool, cover more wool on it.

It's OK now

Step 3: Repeat the step 1 - 2, done

Next Lesson:

In the next lesson you'll learn how to make needle felted eggs (oval). It's our last lesson in Unit 1. You can make it into Easter egg oranments or animal's head, body. The main point of this lesson is to learn how to deform the ball into other shapes ( like heart, semisphere, cube, oval etc ) too, just like Unit 1 Lesson 6.
