Every item that leaves our store should exceed your expectations. We take pride in our work; if you are not happy with your order for any reason, contact us and we will make it right.
If you receive the items and you don't like it within 14 days, return it back to us for a full refund. Item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. You must cover shipping costs.
We do our very best to describe items thoroughly, including the size, color and measurements. We will not refund for size or color issues.
We cannot accept returns that have been personalized (with initials) or custom made.
If you wish to cancel transaction (before the order was made and sent), please, note, that there is non-refundable 10%.
